ServerWorth compares 1009 plans from 29 providers by what they really cost each month. If you run a hosting company and your plans are missing, we would like to add them.

The terms, in full

• Listing is free and always will be. We do not charge to be included, and we never will.
• Placement cannot be bought. Plans are ranked by price. No payment, affiliate relationship or advertising changes that order.
• A commercial relationship is not required. Most providers we list pay us nothing, and they are listed exactly like the ones who do.
• We will not invent ratings or reviews. We publish prices and specifications, not opinions about you.
• If we do earn a commission on a link, it is labelled and explained on our affiliate disclosure page.

What we need from you

Most of this is usually on your website, and we will read it there. Confirming it in writing saves us guessing, and guessing is how a comparison gets a price wrong.

• Where the prices are published. A public pricing page, or better, a public API or JSON feed.
• Tax. Do your listed prices include VAT, and what is added at checkout for a buyer in the UK or the EU? This is the single most common thing we cannot tell from a page, and getting it wrong moves a price by a fifth.
• IPv4. Is one included, or charged separately? If charged, how much?
• Transfer. What is included with each plan, and what does overage cost? Tell us if it is genuinely unmetered.
• Locations. Which data centres each plan can be ordered in, since prices often differ.
• Setup fees, minimum terms and intro pricing. If a headline price only applies for the first three months, or with a year paid up front, we will show the ongoing price and the introductory one separately.

How we collect your prices

We read your public pages or API once a day, with a single request, identifying ourselves as:

We respect robots.txt and we do not use headless browsers to get around bot protection. If your site challenges or blocks requests from data centre addresses, which several do, that agent will be refused and your prices will go stale with us. Allowing it, or pointing us at a feed, fixes that. We will not work around a block you have chosen to apply.

If something is wrong

Tell us and we will fix it the same day. That includes prices, specifications, the way a plan is described, and anything you would rather we did not say. We would far rather hear it from you than be wrong in public.
